An introduction to the planning and design of one of the largest managed realignment projects in the UK. Workshop will give an overview of the project, discuss saltmarsh creation and the formation of a new RSPB reserve. The day will include a visit to Hesketh Outmarsh West to see the site in its early stages of tidal inundation.
