Advertising on the Website

The IEEM jobs page is for companies and organisations wanting to reach a target audience of ecologists and environmental managers.

Jobs Page, Contracts and Tenders Page - Advertising Service (all costs are in UK Pounds Sterling and do not include VAT):

• Minimum of two weeks - £120
• Each additional week - £40
• Extended periods can be negotiated

Requirements for the advert:

• PDF or Word document (max. 500 words), which will be attached to the main jobs page
• Length of time the advert is to remain on the website

Job adverts are usually placed on the IEEM website within a few hours of receipt of your payment details. Payment can be made by credit/debit card at the time of booking or you can ask to be invoiced for the cost (an invoice request incurs an admin charge of £10 plus VAT).

Advertising in the Bulletin (In Practice)

In Practice is IEEM’s quarterly bulletin posted out to nearly 5,000 members and subscribers in March, June, September and December.

Advertising in the bulletin will reach a target audience of professionals working in the ecology and environmental management sectors.

Please ask for a review copy.

The cost of advertising in the IEEM Journal In Practice (all costs are in Pounds Sterling and exclude VAT):

Adverts should be provided in TIFF, JPEG or PDF and of high quality (300 dpi). Note: In Practice is printed in full colour.

Artwork is to reach the IEEM office by the deadlines set out below:

Inserts
Single sheet A4 or A5 - £400
For other sizes please contact jasonreeves(at)ieem.net for a direct quote.
Advertiser to provide 4,600 printed single page A4 or A5 inserts.
Inserts must arrive at the mail distributor (details on request) by the end of the second week of the month prior to the publication month.

Note: Please be sure to allow for plenty of time between our members receiving In Practice and any deadline that may be given in your advert. We recommend that deadlines are no earlier than the first day of the month after the publication month.

Advertising in the CPD Supplement (In Practice Supplement)

The CPD supplement is an opportunity to advertise external training to all members of the Institute, along with the external readership of In Practice. As stated above, this quarterly publication is posted out to approaching 5,000 members. The supplement is a stand-alone publication which members may refer to over the year, therefore the purpose of the supplement is to advertise training providers rather than specific training courses/events.

Advertising in the supplement will reach a target audience of professionals working in the ecology and environmental management sector.

The costs of advertising in the 2012 IEEM CPD Supplement are listed below.

Adverts should be provided in TIFF, JPEG or PDF and of high quality (300 dpi). Note: The supplement will be printed in full colour. Please email to jasonreeves@ieem.net or send on CD to the IEEM office.

Advertising on the Wall Planner

IEEM's wall planner is distributed to all members and is also used as part of IEEM’s promotional material.

The cost for the advertisement: £250 + VAT

Requirements for the advert:

• Size of the advert H: 40mm W: 80mm
• Full colour artwork is to be supplied in JPG or PDF format.

Deadline for artwork for the 2012 wall calendar is Friday 21 October 2011.

Advertising at IEEM Conferences

Opportunities are available for advertisers to include leaflets or other material in delegate packs and also to have stands at IEEM conferences.

Inserts in delegate packs: £150 + VAT (max. size single page A3 folded to A4)
Exhibition stand at conference: £400 + VAT
