From the Dark Peak moorlands of the Peak District to the wolds and coastal marshes of Lincolnshire and the forests and waterways of Northamptonshire, the natural and cultural heritage of the East Midlands has produced a rich and diverse environment which the East Midlands Section aims to better understand, conserve and enhance.
