LISS/CSCS Skills Card

Eligible IEEM members can now apply for a LISS/CSCS skills card.

The LISS/CSCS card is already mandatory for employees of NHSS 18* accredited contractors working on the highways, and now being widely demanded by site managers before access is granted to a host of different construction and development sites.

The LISS/CSCS skills card is a ‘smart’ card with app, containing details of the holder’s industry qualifications and competencies, proof of industry-specific health and safety training (the newly updated ROLO Health and Safety Awareness course is mandatory) and of successful completion of the appropriate CSCS ‘touch screen’ Health and Safety Test (enabling construction site access).

BALI (British Association of Landscape Industries) is the scheme administrator for NHSS 18, LISS (Landbased Industry Skills Scheme) and the ROLO (Register of Landbased Operatives) Health and Safety Awareness course, which is the first step towards gaining a LISS/CSCS card.

For further information visit www.bali.org.uk or click the LISS and ROLO buttons below, which will link directly to the BALI website where FAQs, application forms and a list of ROLO course training providers are all readily accessible.
